Monday Morning Magnificence
Some days I just want to stop what I’m doing and thank God. I’m sitting at my kitchen counter with a cup of coffee reflecting back on a summer that was so full of love and joy and fun. Though today may be our last official day of summer before Joey and Gavin head back to school, I am filled with gratitude for these past few months of special time we got to spend with them. The years fly by so fast when your kids are little. It seems like just yesterday I was bringing Joey home from the hospital. Now he’s about to be a big 1st grader. My oh my.
Lord, today I marvel in your magnificence. You are so good. Not because of anything other than just who You are. You are incredible. Your very nature is life to me. You sustain me and keep me by your attributes. You are a tender, loving Father. I thank You for Your loving kindness.
